Founder and Project Lead

Ella's experience and enthusiasm is in delivering projects that drive social and environmental change. She's responsible for client and partner relationships and managing workflow across all Good Beans' projects.

Ella holds a BA Hons in Social and Cultural Studies and was previously a Director at Shift, a social product design agency, where she was named one of Nesta and The Observer's 50 New Radicals. She’s a founder of Historypin, has taught English in Bolivia, taken a 12 meter long recycling eating dragon to T in the Park Festival and set up the healthy fast food network, Box Chicken, as featured on The One Show.


Founder and Marketing Lead

Claire is our marketing lead, devising strategies for clients that make a real impact. Her approach is both analytical and creative, and she enjoys finding innovative ways to tell stories that inspire change.

Claire studied Environmental Science and has over ten years' communications experience for corporates and the third sector. She holds a CIM diploma in Digital Marketing, and is an accomplished copywriter and editor. You can find her writing on insects on the Natural History Museum website, and she even presented rather awkward science YouTube videos :s
