Good Beans is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our client work. You will help deliver communications projects and assist in the running of this small purpose-driven agency.
Good Beans is a creative marketing agency for purpose-driven organisations working to tackle challenges in health, wellbeing, sustainability and inequality. Founded by Claire Birch and Ella Wiggans in 2017, we wanted to use our marketing powers to help young and established third-sector organisations grow and succeed.
Since launching, we have told the stories of over 25 social brands through websites, strategies, content and more.
Good Beans is proud to have been accepted onto the Allia Future Business Incubator programme and we are now based at their centre for emerging east London impact entrepreneurs.
Job purpose
The post holder will be responsible for delivering work for a range of our current clients as well as generating new business for Good Beans. The post would suit a keen copywriter and social media whizz looking to gain experience in the social enterprise sector.
Social Media
– Generate content for the social channels of some great social brands
– Plan and schedule content
– Create image assets to support content
– Engage with audiences
– Compile monthly reports
Agency support
– Contribute to proposal documents
– Liaise with clients as required
– Write original pieces around ethical business and sustainability
– Assist with business operations as required
Person specification
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an editorial flair, and be enthusiastic about communicating the good work of our impressive clients.
You will be able to work independently without supervision. We are a small team, however we communicate throughout the day through online meetings and email.
Our clients offer a range of services, providing a unique opportunity to get involved in the burgeoning social and wellbeing sector.
Experience in the following is desirable:
- Google Suite
- Mailchimp
- Photoshop
- WordPress CMS
Details
Salary: £100-150 per day
Location: Remote with possible London-based meetings
~1 days a week with possibility for extension
